Celebrating 40 Years

Comprised of a collective of multiple business, boasting a workforce of about 880 dedicated, skilled and passionate people, Daracon Group provides an effective and integrated civil construction service to a wide cross-section of public and private clients. It’s our priority to consistently deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations on time, cost, safety and quality.

We have a strong, documented history of high-level performance and delivery of quality infrastructure projects, all built on cultivating positive relationships with our clients to develop cost-effective strategies and optimised solutions.

Our success today can be traced back to our Executive Director, David Mingay – a civil engineer by trade and passion with over 60 years’ experience. His philosophy of ‘Do what you said you would do’ has been the base of what our reputation is built on: trust and reliability.

This ethic is mirrored in every member of our team to ensure a consistent approach to all clients and projects.

Daracon has continually focused on improving its business management systems to ensure we are ever-aligned to industry leading practice. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide flexible services aimed at achieving enduring relationships with our clients.

To effectively achieve this, Daracon has developed policies and an Integrated Management System (WHS, Environmental & Quality) that has been certified and accredited by third party agencies.
