To this day, our subdivision construction business is still one of our key businesses within the Daracon Group.
Today, we have a proven track record for delivering large residential and commercial developments on time, to budget and with the highest quality. Our experienced team, from plant operators to project managers, intricately understand the processes involved in developing a subdivision.

Our large resource of plant and labour, along with our integrated service offering, allows us to effectively become a single-point solution for our clients. All water and sewer installation, landscaping, concrete work, pipe laying, concrete supply, gravel supply is typically supplied and/or delivered by supporting Daracon businesses.
In addition, our RMS prequalification rating of F150M, R5, and B3 allows Daracon to undertake Works Authorisation Deed (WAD) works that are often required with large developments.
Located in the beachside town of Catherine Hill Bay, Daracon has thus far constructed 395 lots of a total planned 550 residential lots for this development.
