Stages 18-19 and WWPS No. 9 involved a 43 lot residential subdivision including security of supply water main, Hunter Water Waste water pump station and a local recreation park.
Fern Bay Stages 18 and 19 were constructed concurrently including installation of all civil infrastructure.
Works included the construction of a waste water pump station for Hunter Water and a security of supply water main lead in off Nelson Bay Road.
Stage 18 and 19 were the last two stages of the Fern Bay development to be constructed with Daracon completing all stages for Rawson Communities.
Achievements
- Dewatering for service installation to depths 2.25m below sea level;
- Deep service trenches in unstable sand subgrades; and
- Under bore of Nelson Bay Road for security of supply water main.
