David is the Executive Director and Owner of Daracon Group and brings over 60 years of experience in Civil
Construction to the business. David founded Daracon in 1983 with just one operator and one machine and since
then has led it to become an iconic story of success for the Hunter region. Today, David provides strategic
direction for the Group and continues to have an influential voice on how Daracon Group delivers quality services
and shapes considered and vibrant communities.

Jon is Daracon Group Managing Director and oversees all business operations, people and business strategy. Jon
brings strong business acumen to the role, including a Bachelor of Economics and background in corporate
finance. Joining the business in the early 1990's, Jon worked at Daracon's Sydney operation, where the team built
critical civil infrastructure in preparation for the 2000 Sydney Olympics at Homebush Bay. This experience led him
to progressively rise within the business, to now become the leader of our multidisciplinary teams who are
delivering major projects for clients.

Adam is the Director Business Development at Daracon Group and is an experienced Civil Engineer who brings a
wealth of knowledge to the extensive civil construction services offered by Daracon Group. Before joining the
Executive Team, Adam was General Manager overseeing Daracon's Construction Materials and Plant divisions.
Adam's primary role is in the management, integration and coordination of business opportunities for Daracon
and the growth of our capabilities to provide an extensive, quality of service to clients.

David is Daracon Group Chief Financial Officer and brings his extensive experience in finance and operations
management for major multinational and ASX Top 100 firms to the Group. David is a skilled problem-solver and
takes a progressive approach towards continuously improving the way we operate and service our clients through
strategic planning, financial business planning, budgeting, forecasting and risk and governance management.
