Construct Stage 2 of Riverside Caravan Park, Central Precinct which includes a major landscaping components and Beach Side Precinct which has 3 Cabins and installation including landscaping and civil works.
Scope
- Riverside Precinct: Demolish existing park infrastructure and construct new road pavements and kerbing. Services were also installed to caravan site including water, power, sewer and stormwater;
- Central Precinct: Install new playground and landscaping elements. Re-furbish existing carpark for community hall, information centre and kiosk;
- Beachside Precinct: Install services and complete earthworks and landscaping around cabins to be installed.
