Finalists for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) NSW 2023 Excellence Awards have been announced, and five of Daracon Group’s team members have made the shortlist.
Women from various divisions of Daracon Group have earned their place among the elite finalists in New South Wales, recognised across three distinct categories: University Scholarship, Team Innovation, and Contribution to a Project's Development.
Daracon Group Trainee Engineer Hayley Sansom has been listed as one of three finalists in the University Scholarship category. Louise Neville, Daracon Group Community Relations Manager joins two other finalists in the Contribution to a Project’s Development category. Finally, Belinda Boon, Tahlia Catts and Emily Clare from the Daracon Wellness Team are finalists in the Team Innovation Award category.
Adele Stewart, the Human Resources Manager of Daracon Group, expressed her thoughts on this remarkable achievement, stating, "This recognition is a testament to the exceptional talent and dedication of our team members. It's a great honour for us to have our outstanding women acknowledged among the best in the construction industry. We are immensely proud of their achievements."

Winners of the NAWIC NSW 2023 Awards for Excellence will be announced at the ICC Sydney on November 30.
