Building a Safe and Healthy Workplace this National Safe Work Month

Daracon Group is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace and are throwing their support behind National Safe Work Month this October. According to data from Safe Work Australia, up to 200 workers suffer fatal injuries at work each year.

Ben May, the WHS Manager at Daracon Group, recognizes that prioritizing work health and safety benefits everyone. That's why Daracon is participating in the "For Everyone's Safety, Work Safely" National Safe Work Month campaign, aimed at collaboratively establishing a safe and healthy workplace for all.

"National Safe Work Month in October holds great significance for Daracon Group. It underpins the importance of working together and fostering open discussions about work health and safety obligations, behaviours and benefits

“We have been diligently working on important enhancements to our safety systems and training packages over the last year. During this National Safe Work Month, we are delighted to launch our new integrated operational management and compliance reporting software tool (Donesafe), alongside our new Safety and Visible Leadership Program for our team members," said Ben.

Daracon takes safety seriously and remains genuinely committed to the ongoing safety, health, and well-being of all individuals associated with their work, including subcontractors and members of the public.

The "For Everyone's Safety, Work Safely" campaign is a national awareness initiative led by Safe Work Australia and supported by Safe Work Australia Members and other stakeholders.
