Daracon Group are pleased to announce that five of its operators have successfully secured spots in the heats of the 2025/26 CAT Global Operator Challenge, set to take place in Tomago, New South Wales (NSW). This prestigious competition, organised by WesTrac, aims to identify and celebrate the world's top construction equipment operators.
The NSW heats are scheduled from March 17 to March 21, 2025, at WesTrac's Tomago Dig Pit. Operators will compete in a series of events designed to test their skills in manoeuvrability, precision and efficiency. Challenges include:

Following the heats, the top performers will be invited to the state finals on March 28, 2025. The NSW champion will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the Asia Pacific Regional Final in Japan late this year.
